Doctor and Master in Civil Procedural Law from PUC-SP. Specialist, with a postgraduate degree ("lato sensu"), in Civil Procedural Law and Contract Law from CEU/IICS. Professor of the postgraduate course ("lato sensu") in Civil Procedural Law at COGEAE – PUC/SP. Guest professor in the postgraduate course ("lato sensu") in Civil Procedure at PUC-RJ, ESA/OAB-SP (Superior School of Advocacy of the OAB/SP) and the Dom Bosco Catholic University – UCDB/MS.

Member of the Brazilian Institute of Procedural Law – IBDP, the Center for Advanced Studies in Procedure – CEAPRO and Honorary Member of the Paraná Institute of Procedural Law. Lawyer in São Paulo. External consultant for the Electronic Journal of Procedural Law of UERJ. Author of numerous published works and papers, among which the following stand out: Provisional Relief (published by Revista dos Tribunais), First Comments on the New Code of Civil Procedure (published by Revista dos Tribunais, co-authored), Essential Themes of the New CPC (published by Revista dos Tribunais, co-authored), Provisional Execution in Civil Procedure (Editora Método).

With extensive professional experience in large construction companies, having worked for seventeen years at Construções e Comércio Camargo Corrêa, the last ten of which as Head of the Legal Department.

Graduated from the Faculty of Law of USP/SP – Largo São Francisco in 1968, he is registered with the OAB/SP under number 21.881.

Graduated in 2002, he is registered with the OAB/SP (São Paulo Bar Association) under number 206.355. He holds postgraduate degrees in Public Law and Criminal and Procedural Law. He also holds a postgraduate degree in Corporate Criminal Law from PUC/SP (Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo) and a postgraduate degree in Civil Law from the Faculty of Law of Largo São Francisco – USP (University of São Paulo). He completed a postgraduate course in Advanced Training in Civil Liability at the Arcadas Foundation, supporting the Faculty of Law of USP. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the OAB/SP, Tatuapé Subsection, for the 2022/2024 term. He was President of the Ethics and Discipline Committee of the same OAB/SP Subsection. He is a coordinator and member of several committees.
